25.01.2022 We are thrilled with the mural painted today by Scott Rathman from Rusted Tin - Contemporary Aboriginal Arts. The mural was designed by Scott following consultation he led with our children, families and educators and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The images send important messages about our children connecting to nature, our connection to the nearby River Torrens, nurturing and growth, belonging and opportunity. We'll share the whole story soon! This mural is the culmination of significant work in our centre this year on acknowledging Aboriginal culture and increasing our learning about our nation's First People. #alwayswasalwayswillbe

20.01.2022 These elaborate and beautiful constructions have engaged a small group this morning. Their interest started yesterday and they have revisited it today adding lots of finer detail. They have worked together to plan their construction and their careful placement of the blocks has ensured structural integrity (for now!).

03.01.2022 While practices and celebrations for Eid al-Adha will be quite different this year, it is still possible to reflect, pray and share together while remaining COV...ID Safe. If you are unwell or have cold and flu symptoms, no matter how mild, you must stay home and should get tested for COVID-19. Remember to keep 1.5 metres distance apart where possible, wash your hands regularly, bring your own prayer mat and wipe down between use. Where possible, ablutions are recommended to be undertaken before attending a gathering. You should avoid: Serving food from platters or communal containers. Sharing utensils, cutlery or plates.
