24.01.2022 The Police have started cracking down on Locksmiths who don't have the correct licensing which could potentially mean allowing a criminal into your home! Please make sure to always use a locksmith that is part of the MLAA (Master Locksmiths Association Australia) to ensure you are using someone who is Licensed.

18.01.2022 Imagine losing your sibling, who was a single parent and then being the only living member of the family. You are left with sole custody of a two year old littl...e boy, still receiving minimum Centrelink payments. This was the harsh reality of an Emergency Relief (ER) client that came in to see us last week. She had recently lost her own partner to terminal illness, and within months found herself caring for her nephew. She came in seeking some food assistance because of all the extra costs that come with having a child. We were able to sit with her, listen to her story, cry with her and assure her that we are with her and for her. And of course, send her off with some food. These are the stories we have the privilege of sitting with in the ER room, and we don’t take it lightly. Find out more about our Emergency Relief program at riverview.org.au and if you have a minute, say a little prayer for our clients.
