This toyota echo ecu file had been corrupted and the transponder antenna was faulty after a suspected voltage spike from swapping the battery over while running. Other technition's had attempted to repair the vehicle before we were called out to diagnose and sole the problem! Sometimes it not just as simple as cutting a key!
