Come on down and get connected! Friday Every Friday the Laidley Village Market is on down in the main Street of Laidley. Lots of great stalls or just chill at Community Grounds Cafe or Sweet Valley Bakery with a cuppa and catch up with friends! Saturday Pre Loved Fashion Parade Fundraiser is on at Addie May’s Beauty Parlour & Barber Shop 151 Patrick St Laidley. Market stalls, fashion show and prizes! All proceeds going to Ovarian Cancer Research. Toowoomba Farmers Market on every Saturday and a fantastic place to shop for gourmet and hand crafted items. Laidley Country Markets Ferrari Park. are on. Lovely little local market excellent for fresh produce, preloved items and plants. Sunday Brisbane River Markets - Karana Downs one of my favourite markets to attend and not too far to drive. Very ecclectic and fantastic food. I will also need to arrange a health screen questionnaire to be completed prior to first session. We are still unable to equipment share so no actual boxing bags or other equipment. I havent labelled what the classes will be for this timetable but they will be either cardio or strength based. Please bring the following to the sessions if you have them resistance bands with handles dumbbells Your own mat A towel I will have dumbbells to borrow which are easily cleaned after use.
