19.01.2022 Just want to give a special shout out to our posties. Out posties are probably our most important watch dogs during this social distancing period. Our rural posties drive past our homes almost every day, the closest daily contact most of us will have with anyone. They will probably be the first to notice if there is something wrong, maybe our mail hasn’t been collected from our letter box, or maybe simply the curtains haven’t been opened. And for town folk who have PO Boxes..., please make a habit of clearing them regularly, so that if there is a build up of mail, our post office staff are aware that there could be a problem, and will get someone to check on you.
