23.01.2022 Representing the entire Inglewood Ward (and beyond) has always been a priority for me, and will continue to be. From Campbell’s Forest to Brenanah, Dingee to Inglewood, Powlett to Bridgewater, my commitment to your community is absolute. Vote 1 Colleen Condliffe: your voice matters, your community matters.

22.01.2022 I am focussed on developing industry and business within our Ward. Equally our existing services require further investment. I have a vision for our community, and the skills, experience and drive to make that vision a reality. I am passionate about the Inglewood Ward community, and our future prosperity. I am very approachable and enjoy talking to members of the community. Stop me in the street for a chat. Or give me a call on 5437 3274. Your voice matters to me.

19.01.2022 I was a graduate in the first year of this program and have thoroughly enjoyed mentoring participants over the past 20 years. If you are interested in furthering your leadership skills and have a passion for community, I urge you to consider applying for the 2021 program. After I completed the program in 1998 I had the confidence and desire to throw my hat in the ring for a seat at the Council table. Twenty years on, and four terms as a Councillor later, I have the utmost gratitude for this leadership program which gave me the confidence to embark on this wonderful journey.

14.01.2022 The Bridgewater Railway Station project will see the historic building transformed into a community centre servicing Bridgewater and surrounds. Here's some of the early Vic Rail plans of the station. I'm passionate about getting this project off the ground, which will see the Kooyoora Women's Network work with the local Bridgewater community and VicTrack. Transforming a wonderful historic landmark for future generations is something we can all get involved in. Contact me on 5437 3274 to express your interest in participating.

10.01.2022 One of the important aspects of my role as a Councillor is promoting the businesses within the Ward. Operating a farm for many years in Dingee, I have a close connection with the Dingee community. I actively promote the Bridgewater and Inglewood communities to Dingee residents, and it's certainly paying off.

09.01.2022 It's hard to explain the difference the water pipeline will make to the volunteers of the Mitiamo Football and Netball Club. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. So here's a series of pictures to tell the story of why the pipeline will be of enormous benefit. Each year the dedicated volunteers spend six weeks watering the oval in preparation for training to start. This involves accessing a water right and pumping water almost every day for six weeks.... In future, it will simply be a matter of turning on the taps of the newly installed water pipeline! What a huge improvement that will be to this small club with a big heart.

08.01.2022 Did you know that the Dingee Railway station was almost derelict until Colleen and the community stepped in? That's right, after a complete refurbishment of over $500k the Railway Station is now the home of the Dingee CWA and the Goldfields Library. Trains run from Melbourne to Swan Hill four times a day, picking up and dropping off passengers at Dingee.... It's an amazing community asset that is used regularly by the CWA and visited each week by a librarian from the Goldfields Library. A hub for the community, and a source of great pride that demonstrates what can be accomplished by working together in partnership.

07.01.2022 On Thursday I dropped into the Electoral Office at Serpentine to submit my ballot paper. John from the VEC was kind enough to show me what happens to my ballot paper when received in the Electoral Office. I've explained each part of the process in the attached pics.

06.01.2022 Today I dropped my ballot paper in to the Serpentine office. Voting closes on 23 October. Don’t forget to sign and date your ballot paper. Your birthdate also needs to be included to allow your identity to be verified by the VEC. Finally, the VEC allow one ballot paper per envelope. Make your vote count! Vote 1 Colleen Condliffe.

04.01.2022 There's just four days left to vote in the Council elections. VOTE 1 Colleen Condliffe. Your voice matters.

04.01.2022 Today is the final day of voting. Ballot papers can still be dropped in to the Serpentine council office today.

02.01.2022 I've been a member of the Calder Highway Improvement Committee for over a decade. We've implemented many safety measures along the Calder over the years. The reduction in speed to 50kms (from 60kms) in the main street of Bridgewater is one that I'm particularly proud of. Vote 1 Colleen Condliffe - your voice matters!

02.01.2022 The Dingee Bush Nursing Centre is an invaulable asset to the communities of Dingee, Mitiamo, Raywood and surrounds. I've been a key driver of the Centre remaining under community ownership and have served on the Board for many years. I urge you to watch this short clip, as it is a testament to community perserverance and determination. The end result is a million dollar asset serving the health needs of a rural community. Priceless!

01.01.2022 From derelict station to community hub, the Dingee Railway Station has come a long way in the past 3+ years. Now a vibrant Goldfields Library agency and home to the CWA, the historic charm of the building has been preserved for future generations. Adding to this unique community asset is the train service that operates four times per day between Melbourne and Swan Hill, stopping at Dingee. Residents can jump on the train for a quick trip in to Eaglehawk for some shopping, and click and collect their library books at the same time!

01.01.2022 Voting in the Loddon Shire elections closes on Friday 23rd October. Voting is compulsory so don't forget to pop your ballot form in the mail.
