25.01.2022 Dear Brethren, Chris Stonecutter from NSW is writing a paper on masonic education. Chris has created this survey to gauge attitudes towards education in Freemasonry. It takes around 5-10 minutes to complete. He would really appreciate if you could share this with your lodges! He is trying to gain insight on how masonic education is seen across the world and how much emphasis is placed on masonic education. Thank you in advance! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HTHB3TX

19.01.2022 Change is coming! Firstly, thank you to everyone who has presented or attended any of our eight virtual education forums over the last few months. It has been w...onderful to hear some great discussion on a wide range of masonic topics and connecting with free masons across the globe. As we slowly begin to return to lodge, we have decided that the education forum is something we want to continue so we are going to transition into a more sustainable format moving from fortnightly to monthly presentations starting in early September. Hopefully as a part of this transition we can make it easier for more people to access and take part in the discussion.

07.01.2022 Lodge meetings over the past few months have obviously changed somewhat. In April, Lauriston became the first Lodge in Tasmania and only the second in Australi...a to successfully hold a fully Regular Tyled meeting on-line. Our May meeting (Friday 15th May) will also be held in a similar manner. We especially invite any follower of this page who is a current Freemason in good standing to visit us on the night. Should you wish to attend, please send a Private Message to this page, including your email address and we can get the ball rolling.

06.01.2022 You know that one friend who would make a great Freemason. Now is the time to talk to him, let him help us rebuild the future. If we all ask one friend, what a foundation stone 2021 will be for our brotherhood.

05.01.2022 To all Brethren and family from Lodge of Peace.

05.01.2022 A Message from our DPGM Taking care of ourselves Naturally, the pandemic has occupied a lot of our time and attention over the last two weeks. Everything has c...hanged dramatically and very quickly. Many of you will have relatives you are worried about, childcare issues, or financial hardships, as well as changing the way you work. And of course we dont know how long it will all go on for more uncertainty. So, inevitably it will be affecting your thoughts, behaviours, feelings or physical sensations. You are not alone everyone is feeling fear and anxiety and this is normal and not something we can wish away. So, it is critical now, more than ever, that we practice self-care. So.. Take regular breaks and use them for rest. Refuel: drink, eat. Take advantage of the daily exercise walk/run/cycle Be kind to yourself and each other situations like this bring out the best and worst in us. Try to be disciplined about your consumption of news and social media. Set time limits and stick to them.
