25.01.2022 Yesterday, Lodge Bros was invited to the RAAF base in Point Cook were the Lodge Bros team had just completed a new memorial for the Australian Flying Corps and the Royal Australian Air Force. Lodge Bros originally built the first memorial in 1938 and were asked to return and supply a new sandstone memorial and memorial plaques. We were presented with a gold medal by the chief of the Australian Air Force and then invited to the ceremony.... We are very proud to be involved in such a significant Air Force event and the memorial for the oldest Air Force base in the world. Well done to lodge bros and the Australian airforce. See more
