04.01.2022 Santa is on his way and Adam Talbot our owner and Head Chef Aedan Wallace along with chef Katia Cotterill (bought her bambino and hubby in for support) making Choc Mousse, Potato Salad and Coleslaw tonight after close for the Albany Community Christmas Luncheon tomorrow. Some beautiful legs of ham went down today too!! Our team have all given up time tonight to support the luncheon. Merry Xmas everyone and thank you for your support. #loft22

01.01.2022 WOW ALBANY & our whole region - Had guests in tonight from Kendenup, Denmark, Katanning and of course HQ Albany!!! What a great show of support for our new bar. Had a few hiccups along the way and thank you to the lovely folks and your patience - we love you for your understanding as we go on this journey - Day 8 of hospitality - open a Wine Bar ...It will be fun they said....
