12.01.2022 Did did someone say Pilates? That’s right, FREE Pilates is coming to Loft Nutrition. We keep you healthy with our nutrition, now we are supporting you in moving your body! You have all the met the gorgeous @cmorre83 behind the bar! She is a coach & Pilates instructor. What a talented soul she is!... Next Sunday at 8am, we are doing Sunday Pilates for FREE with the purchase of your aloe, tea & smoothie after the class. Due to restrictions, we can only have 10 people in a class so bookings are essential. Send us a message via Instagram to reserve your place!

03.01.2022 Merry Christmas to you all! We opened Loft Nutrition through Covid & are incredibly grateful for your support throughout the last 3 months. We have loved opening our doors, having smoothie chats at the bar & meeting our local community.... Extremely lucky to work alongside an incredible team! @becjnash & @cmorre83 , thank you for everything! We can’t wait to open our doors next year, January 7th.
