20.01.2022 HI TO ALL THAT LOVE BUSH POETRY and particularly the Logan Performance Bush Poets, why not come to our annual Christmas break up on December 13 at the Beenleigh Historical Village in Main St Beenleigh. Wear your best Christmas garb because there will be a prize. It'll be lots of fun and you will hear some excellent Christmas yarns which is another talent the group will demonstrate. Yarns are not jokes they are stories with an Australian Christmas theme each one about 4-5 m...inutes. Many are humorous. So get in the Christmas spirit and join us in the cinema of the village There is lots to see at the village as well: a Museum, an Art Gallery and 40 old buildings with artifacts to take you back. We are there from 9-11 some come and join us we love our audiences and play up to them. So remember its Sunday 13th of December in the cinema between 9 and 11am. There are signs to point you in the right direction and the cafe next door which has ramps is also open. Merry Christmas everyone.

10.01.2022 Well they were at it again! Six of the Logan Poets were at Kalbar Country Day throwing around those funny poems and delighting that absolutely huge crowd. Well done Logan poets. A big thanks goes to Ian Gasking from the BBBs for organising the day and I'm pretty sure Tony Caswell was in their helping with organising as well. So well done all and its definitely one to put on the calendar. Also good to see a few poets from elsewhere and in particular the wonderfully talented Noel Stallard strutting his stuff. A great day and we will definitely be back!
