17.01.2022 **Member Spotlight** Today’s membership spotlight is all about Nicole van Hatten and her business, The Hot & Healthy Academy! Founder and CEO, Nicole van Hatten CHHC is a leader in personal sustainability strategies for women in small business and has a global vision for impact.... Seeing a future where large numbers of women in every country around the world are running financially successful small businesses, receiving the support they need to be emotionally and physically healthy, leading directly to healthier families and communities, and richer economies long term. Nicole knows what it takes to be sustainably successful, however, she learned it the hard way. After spending over 20 years in the corporate world achieving exceptional results in an international career with high accolades Nicole was burned out. As she calls it fat, sick and successful. After going on a retreat to recover, she returned with a different perspective on how she was defining and striving for success. In 2010 Nicole established her international coaching practice and began her mission to end what she calls Death by Desk, an epidemic of work-life burnout. Through her own personal experience of starting, running and growing her businesses in Australia and the Middle East, Nicole identified 3 key pillars to sustainable success in small business as: 1. gaining the right business skills and advice, at the right time and price point 2. redefining success and developing a resilience mindset, and 3. prioritising mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Realising that there was a great need for women in her network to have access to affordable and relevant training and holistic coaching, and not finding what she was looking for, Nicole founded the Hot & Healthy Academy to provide the solution. Reaching out to other like-minded experts in business, education and health, Nicole has brought together a collective of experts to deliver courses, provide qualified advice and support, and at a price point that makes it accessible to all women in small business. https://www.hotandhealthyglobal.com/?r_done=1 #chamberofcommerce #membership #business #buildyourbusiness #growth #localbusiness #supportsmallbusiness #network
