23.01.2022 Short update on our Missions Support to Medan Eternally Grateful Orphanage, Sumatra: Recently LCF Church was able to contribute financially toward the Orphanage again. This is a wonderful project being supported and driven by Faith Christian School. The kids recently received their first proper beds by truck and were so excited to put them together themselves...... Thankful children for their beds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csWpfLZ9Th8&feature=youtu.be If you want more info to support this worthy project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGDRIMgouOA

23.01.2022 WHO ARE YOU IN CHRIST? It's important to be reminded of who you actually are and who you belong to. This greatly affects your outlook, your behaviour, and ultimately your personal witness and testimony. Here is a great list of 10 Beautiful & True Things That God Says About You (click below link): https://drive.google.com//1hTUPpC1aRPkJ7J5JQJehZzFLs/view Outside of Christ we are weak, but inside of Christ we are strong. Let these truths encourage your heart on this Lord's Day.

23.01.2022 Church Service is on tomorrow 9.30am - 17th January 2021. The three-day lockdown from last weekend has ended and we are holding a church service tomorrow as usual but also not as usual. The current mandatory health and safety restrictions stipulate for masks to be worn in places of worship. Please be aware of the following during our church service:... 1. Sign in upon arrival as usual. 2. Bring your mask and wear it. If you don’t have one, we will provide one to you. 3. We will be spacing out the seating rows more than normal. 3. We will not hold any morning tea fellowship following the service at this early stage. Read the current COVID updates for Logan City with more information about current restrictions can be found here: https://www.qld.gov.au//easing-greater-brisbane-restrictio As believers, these are certainly interesting times we are experiencing when we consider what we have been used to. However, I want to encourage you always, these are but minimal ‘inconveniences’ to our joy of meeting together to hear the Word of God preached and to corporately praise the name of Jesus Christ. Continue to pray for one another, encourage one another, help one another, and love one another. Yours in Christ, Ps Johnny.

23.01.2022 Good Morning on this beautiful Lord's Day. Brother David has shared a message with us this week. I encourage you to take the time to listen to it today. It is titled: OVERCOMING THE DRAGON - from Revelation 12:7-17 (click the YouTube link) https://youtu.be/TGemhBwQP6w.... May you be encouraged in Jesus' name today that He has given us victory in all circumstances against the enemy. Some changes are in the air and we are watching with anticipation for when these current restrictions will be lightened so that we may come together in fellowship again. Let's keep trusting God. May our Father of compassion and the God of all comfort strengthen you still. As always, be blessed in Christ - Johnny.

22.01.2022 All.... Just a reminder that there is no Wednesday night Bible Study this week only. It'll be back on again next Wed 18th Nov 7pm as usual. God bless you all.... Ps Johnny.

22.01.2022 Warm Greetings in Jesus' name to all! Brother Vedaste has shared a message with us this week. It is titled: CHRIST BEYOND CLOSED DOORS - from John 20:19-23 (click the YouTube link in the image below).... Let God's word encourage you that though the doors are currently closed, that cannot keep out prayer, the work of God, and most importantly - the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. May you and your families be blessed!

20.01.2022 Short update on our Missions Support to Medan Eternally Grateful Orphanage, Sumatra. So wonderful to see the school our church supports in Missions is now able to have clean water for the first time. Check the video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Sbqq-ULU9s

19.01.2022 A very happy, merry, blessed, and peace-filled Christmas to everyone on this wonderful day! 1 Timothy 1:15 reminds us of the very reason why God the Son came to this world in the form of a man - "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners". What a wonderful gift God has given to us, the opportunity to be saved from our sins and have our home with Him for all eternity. Today we say, "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!" (2 Corinthians 9:15). May you and your family be greatly blessed in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

17.01.2022 Stop stressing! God is the One who does all the fighting for us. Trust His promises and know that He always comes through for His children. He has never left us nor will He ever forsake us. Thank You Father!

15.01.2022 NO CHURCH SERVICE FOR SUNDAY 10TH JANUARY 2021 DUE TO LOCKDOWN Unfortunately, a 3-day COVID lockdown has been declared for Greater Brisbane. We are unable to hold a service for tomorrow (10th Jan). Please see here for for info about this: https://www.qld.gov.au//current-/greater-brisbane-lockdown God is still good and faithful, and in control of all things. Continue to trust the Lord and give Him thanks continually in all circumstances.... Let's pray for one another during this time, and also pray for our leaders in the tough decisions they must make in response to current health issues. "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior (1 Timothy 2:1-3). Be blessed in Christ's mighty name - Ps. Johnny.

15.01.2022 It's been a week since we celebrated Resurrection Sunday. Jesus is indeed alive and the good news must still be proclaimed - (virus or no virus!). But the good news is only truly good when we realise that God is holy... and what that actually means for us. Br. Paul Washer reminds us of this truth in this short video (click the video link below to watch):... The Most Terrifying Truth of Scripture - that "God Is Good". Isaiah 5:16 - 'But the Lord of hosts will be exalted in judgment, and the holy God will show Himself holy in righteousness.' A reminder to us all that the Gospel is truly good news and we hold onto it's truth more than ever before in these uncertain times. Be encouraged and blessed in Christ.

13.01.2022 Good Morning LCF Church Family and Friends... This morning's message is called: THE LIBERATING TRUTH OF GOD'S SOVEREIGNTY (click the YouTube link below). My prayer is for you to be encouraged and strengthened in the knowledge that God is Sovereign.... in all circumstance He is in control, He knows all that is transpiring around us, and yet He never stresses, He never is frustrated, He never is worried. He is God.... Let this truth bring you freedom from worry, anxiety, and stress as you rest in His great wisdom and power. Listening to the news of the Government's slow lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, it seems it won't be long till be can gather in small groups again to study God's word and pray together. Won't be long now... Amen! As always, be blessed in Christ - Johnny.

08.01.2022 A very happy and blessed New Year 2021 to everyone. We at Logan Christian Fellowship pray for all our church family and friends for God's favour and blessings in this new year. Tomorrow, I'll be sharing a message on our first Sunday service for this year entitled, "No New Year's Resolutions!" Who wants them? Who needs them? Who actually keeps them? Instead, there's a much better Biblical idea that I'll be sharing with everyone than 'old-hat' resolutions. :) See you tomorrow... morning at 9.30am. Additionally, the January 2021 Church Roster is now available from the Church website: www.loganchristianfellowship.com. Many thanks to all the hands that make the work of this ministry a bit lighter. Be greatly blessed in the powerful name of of Jesus Christ - Ps. Johnny.

07.01.2022 What a fantastic feeling knowing that the church is open for worship and for teaching of the word tomorrow. We hope to see you at 9.30am
