At this stage we expect to resume our "normal" worship gathering on Sunday July 12. Please pray that the limit of 4 square meters per person be reduced to 2, so that we will be allowed to use our building as we have in that past. Some sad news this week - Jonathan Nkurunziza's brother was tragically killed in Kenya last Sunday. Please pray and support the family and community. There was a gathering of family and friends at our building on Saturday afternoon with lots of singing and sharing. It is great to be a part of a larger family, to mourn and rejoice together. I can also share with a photo of another baby born to our church family during this time of isolation. Briella Atete Ngenzi was born 24/02/20 to Pam and Christine. Congratulations to Pam and Christine, and welcome to Briella! Our technical wizards are working hard this week on upgrading our video equipment, so hopefully future videos will be less "ceiling based" than the current approach of putting a smartphone on a music stand and hoping for the best. In the next few weeks we should also be able to being "live-streaming" the entire Sunday meeting, including our worship songs. If you have any prayer requests or know of anyone from the congregation who is unwell or could use a follow-up, please let me know. It was good to see so many of you on Sunday. We can have up to 100 people in the auditorium, and yesterday we had some folk in our "overflow" area on the verandah. There is still plenty of nicely space room for anyone else who would like to come along. Next week Paul Larcombe will be our preacher.
