We went with this option due to there not being any walls big enough for a wall mounted. 15.01.2022 Todays job was very interesting. This is why you should always make sure you always get a licensed professional to install your air conditioning. This Daikin ducted system is 6 years old and was installed incorrectly, supply air branchs werent joined properly, return air duct fallen off and a very very blocked filter. Due to all of these issues the indoor fan motor was seized which also burnt out the indoor pc board. Client was very happy with the end result of us replacing those parts, fixing all duct joins and giving it a service, client has told us the system has never worked as good as it does now that its fixed. 03.01.2022 Today we completed a installation of a 16kw Daikin ducted system. External pipe run was 23 meters outside which made it interesting for the team. All colourbond trunking was used outside to hide pipes and Cables with colours to suit the walls and timber framing. The outdoor unit also had a blygold treatment which is a corrosion protection treatment that is sprayed on all panels, coils and inside of the system and all screws replaced with stainless steel screws, this treatment will give the system a longer lifespan especially when around saltwater. #daikin #daikinaustralia #sydney #sydneytradies #sydneybuilding #sydneypropertydevelopment #blygold @ Manly Beach, Sydney Australia

03.01.2022 Today we completed a job that we started during a rebuild of a house @nailawayconstructions. With a 16kw Daikin ducted supplying 5 bedrooms up stairs & a few areas down stairs. Other areas downstairs we used Daikin vrv bulkhead units. Neat finish using white linear bar grills on the bulkhead units.
