You will have access to weekly yoga sessions, printable resources for your children and wisdom tips and information for you as the parent, all at your fingertips in a private Facebook group. A great tool to keep our children calm, centred and occupied in a positive way. ... The videos are up to 20 minutes in duration, making them long enough to keep your young ones engaged. I personally recommend you joining them in the fun and learning, although they are also created to keep them entertained solo if you need to get a chore done. Each video will have a theme and be focused on a different topic. We take into account fine motor skills and cover part of literacy & numeracy knowledge. I have now been working for 2 years in childcare centres, kinders and schools across Victoria delivering movement & mindfulness sessions to help young ones feel centered, empowered and be able to self regulate.
