Our fruit rescue spans not just local fruit but Central Market too and we have been rescuing food for a decade now, liaising with stallholders like Jack and his friends. Preserved using heat from the sun and no additives now the dried fruit is coming back to Adelaide Central Market to nicely close the circle, and reduce food miles.
