25.01.2022 Do you know a young adult struggling with their future? Life is tough and there are so many young adults unsure of their path. This is why I wrote LOL! Lessons on Life. I am currently visiting schools throughout south-east Queensland sharing the message and life lessons in LOL! Lessons on Life. If you think your school would benefit from a presentation then, please let me know. I am also promoting the FOYF! Focus on Your Future youth program. This is a five-day program that... will help students, especially those at risk, find their path in life. On completion of the program, they will have a better understanding of what career they want, have confidence in their abilities, know how to get and keep a job. They will be able to hit the ground running in any field with the business training that is also included in the program. 19.01.2022 On my recent trip to Sydney, I was reading a great article by Deborah Hutton in the in-flight magazine. She was talking about how we need to find a balance betw...een the digital world and the real world. She uses the triple-A approach - Acceptance - accept things for what they are. Social media is not reality. Your real life values and actions determine who you are. Authenticity - stop pretending and be real about who we are Attention - pay attention to the person in front of you and the people in our real life rather than those on our phone. What a great philosophy. By finding balance in our day to day life, we will be able to ignore the nay-sayers, reward the good and celebrate the wins. The digital world is here to stay, but we have to find a balance. What do you do to find your balance between the digital world and reality?

11.01.2022 An article in today’s Courier Mail talks about how police are cracking down on drivers using mobile phones. I suggest you put your mobile in the boot while driving. This will prevent you from being tempted. Drive safe Emus.
