18.01.2022 Thank you all our lovely Smithfield Plains families for coping with the last-minute cancellation of your classes. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for further announcements.

15.01.2022 You will find us here ...

13.01.2022 We had a lot of fun at Smithfield Plains yesterday. Love seeing how the trainers are always there, engaged and ready to support.

12.01.2022 Great news! We can start back with classes today :) Please spread the word.

09.01.2022 You'd be "flat out" trying to hold a "candle" to our trainers and participants...

08.01.2022 Chantelle is a happy-go-lucky twelve-year-old and a Variety Scholarship recipient for dance. When Chantelle was younger she was diagnosed with autism spectrum d...isorder, auditory processing disorder, ADHD and dyslexia. Chantelle finds school learning and social situations challenging, but finds that dance is a great way to regulate her sensory needs. Since receiving her scholarship Chantelle has participated in dance competitions and has worked hard to perform as part of a team in troupe performances. She practices every day and is very committed. The scholarship has helped Chantelle’s mum pay for dance lessons, costumes and equipment, which has helped improve their family life drastically. Less than one week until Scholarship applications close. If you know a talented child who is sick, disadvantaged or has special needs apply today. - https://bit.ly/2NGgz3l

08.01.2022 Parents and carers: as the temperature starts to rise, please remember our Hot Weather Policy. We cancel our classes if the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts OVER 36 degrees at 4 pm the day before a class. If it is 34 to 36, we modify activities so that they are less strenuous and have more drink breaks.

07.01.2022 Amazing juggling to inspire you in 2021...

06.01.2022 Wishing everyone a happy, peaceful and creative year.

04.01.2022 What do young people learn at Lolly Jar Circus? To dare trying something new, to face fears, to experiment and be creative, and to make friends. All supported by caring and skilled trainers.

04.01.2022 A few more Christmas photos, plus one of a lovely staff member and dog from Technical Aid for the Disabled, who donated a gift for one of our participants x

03.01.2022 In NAIDOC Week Lolly Jar Circus pays tribute to the Kaurna people, on whose land we run our classes, to their elders past, present and emerging and to our indigenous participants. Always was. Always will be.
