25.01.2022 I will be taking orders again as of this Thursday (18th) I have a new look menu and price list. Unfortunately I have had to increase some items :( but thankfully not all.

24.01.2022 Sorry I haven't posted for a while, been busy getting better from my earlier surgeries, took a lot longer than expected, having two jobs doesn't help lol. The run up to Christmas is always a busy time for me and this year is no exception, I am fully booked with orders and cannot take on any more, thanks to all my customers, I really appreciate you all. 21.01.2022 Every now and then I do a quality control check, these just passed with flying colours :)

21.01.2022 Family size steak n mushroom pie ready for the oven, weighing in at 1.3kg, and finished pie straight from the oven, still steaming. Also a couple of steak n kidney pies, before cooking :)

20.01.2022 Was given some lemons so decided to do a lemon meringue, turned out nice n tasty, quite sharp, just the way I like it :)

19.01.2022 As some of you may know I have been really ill since the start of July, it happened quite suddenly and I have had to take a lot of time off from work (both jobs) I am looking forward to getting back on my feet and back in the kitchen (all three of them) I will keep you informed as to when I will resume taking orders. 19.01.2022 Was trying something new and tinkering with a little leftover salmon, the filling turned out pretty good, very tasty :) not sure on shape or size as yet, but will let you know if they make it onto my menu :)

13.01.2022 Don't normally do catering but as it was only a small one I agreed, 40 each of cheese n onion tarts, pork spring rolls, spinach n fetta triangles and last but not least butterscotch vol au vents. Hope you enjoy :)

07.01.2022 As most of you know Dec is my busiest time, (lots of Christmas funtions) so I am taking a break and will be back early January. Thank you all for your custom and continued support over the last year, I really do appreciate it. So have a merry Xmas and a fantastic new year xx

06.01.2022 Had my visit from the council yesterday and everything went well, was notified today...scored myself a 5 star rating :)

05.01.2022 Getting back into the swing of things after moving premises and remembering where I put everything :) the family steak pies seem to be the most popular with steak n kidney puddings a close second and pork pies coming in 3rd, in desserts the treacle sponge is top dog closely followed by spotted dick :)

03.01.2022 As some of you may or may not know, I now have a full time job, I will still be cooking and baking but it will take a little longer to fill your orders, so please be patient, I will endeavour to fill them as soon as possible :)
