14.01.2022 When am I coming back to massaging? The true answer is I don’t know? The issue with my arms fluctuate and is an unusual ailment that we don’t even really understand.... When am I committed to coming back? I am doing everything I can to be back massaging the children’s first week back at school!!! So that is Wednesday 27th January. In the meantime I’ll be visiting my Physio, acupuncturist, doing my rehab exercises and receiving a Lomi Lomi massage from my Kumu (teacher) which I’m sure will be a very powerful experience!!! I’ll also be taking some time out with the family on a camping adventure Wish me luck as it is my first time Hope to see my regulars very soon and looking forward to sharing Lomi Lomi with those I’m yet to meet. 12.01.2022 I’ve unfortunately had to make the tough decision to stop massaging for a period of time and listen to my body. It has made it loud and clear that it needs to rest and heal. Ok this time I’m listening Because I love what I do so much, I am doing everything I can to be back up and running again early in the new year.... 08.01.2022 I’m in the process of working on my Hot Stone Lomi Lomi Massage. And it’s not something I’m taking lightly. So I recently attended a one on one Hot Stone workshop with the Hot Stone Guru from Stone Eagle Massage Stones, Sandra, to hone my skills and come up with substitutions for most of the Lomi Lomi moves. (You were amazing)... A big THANK YOU also goes to my sister and husband for being my practise bodies and for all the feedback and encouragement. I’m almost there... So for now I’m placing a hold on my Hot Stone Lomi Massages but only for a couple of weeks. This will give me time to bring the best quality and flow to deliver a massage that I’m proud of.
