18.01.2022 When we started this club in 2012, we could hardly fill a side and didnt have a dollar to our name. James Neagle and The Lomond Hotel stepped in immediately, covering the cost for our complete season one jumper order, meaning we didnt have to wear those putrid, tight, blue and vomit green long sleeves for the rest of the season (or black t-shirts for that matter). The Neagle family and The Lomond Hotel have always been there for the club, providing donations for fundraising..., being the perfect hosts for every club event and party and everything in between. They have never asked for anything in return. Now The Lowy needs our support more than ever. The latest batch of Lomond Hotel t-shirts have arrived. Get down to the Lomond bottle-o to grab yourself one for $25 (available to everyone). And while youre there, grab a slab or a bottle of wine. 03.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE RE: CUDAS TRAINING In light of the unfolding COVID19 situation, weve taken the tough decision to suspend training for 2 weeks to allow people to practice social distancing where they can. We will reassess in a fortnight based on the advice of the government and health authorities. The season is scheduled to start 9 May so there is plenty of time to train if the situation changes. Well let you know when well be back - hopefully its soon. Thanks for your understanding and please look after yourselves/each other in this difficult time.
