19.01.2022 We would like to apologise for our lack of activity and ongoing extended closure. Rodney is off on his second deployment today with the CFA to the East Gippsland Fires. Our heart, thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this horrific global disaster and everyone who is doing whatever they can to help. We thank every one of you for your courage, generosity, kindness and strength. To out customers who are so very patiently waiting on their furniture we are very sorry and completely understand if the delay is too long and would prefer to make alternative arrangements. 15.01.2022 Whenever we're at our Toora upholstery shop customers and visitors pop in and say that we've been closed when they've come by before . We very much apologise if this has happened to you. As much as we would love to be open everyday, all day (and thanks to all your support we are definitely busy enough that we could be ), with Rodney's casual shift work and me now pretty much caring for mum full time, that's sadly not possible. We are there as much as possible, however, ...we can always be contacted, and welcome your call, text, email, FB message any time to arrange an appointment. Call Marzi 0439015266. 14.01.2022 Dear All Out of respect for our community and all our loved ones we have temporarily closed our doors in response to covid-19. We understand the only way we can help ease the devastation happening around the world and locally is to stay home, keep our distance and abide by the rules and guidelines that have been put in place in order to save lives and our livelihood. It has been personally heart wrenching seeing what has happened in Italy and what my family members over the...re are experiencing...which is now also happening in so many other beautiful countries around the world. We would hate to see the same devastation happen to this beautiful country, Australia and to our family and friends. We would like to thank and express our deepest gratitude to all our frontline people - healthcare and medical staff and volunteers, essential service business and staff (supermarkets, grocery stores pharmacies and all those inventive food providers such as cafes, restaurants who have come up with new ways to provide their services) and all those wonderful, kind, everyday people who are quietly helping those most vulnerable, seen and unseen in all sorts of way. Thank you We wish, hope, pray ( whatever you prefer) you all keep safe and well and that from this global sadness kindness flourishes . Unfortunately Long Lost Loved Upholstery & Designs will not be open tomorrow for NYD in Toora due to work and family commitment but we would like to wish you a fun and happy day. We would like to thank all our customers, past, future and repeat for their support and wish you a very happy, safe and peace filled 2020. Will look forward to another year in Toora and will he open in 2020 whenever Rodney's shift work and my mother's care allows but remember we are also available by appointment.
