09.01.2022 Today we are extremely excited for the easing of restrictions for our industry and all of metro Melbourne to have some form of normality begin to return. Unfortunately it is not viable for us to open the club just yet with the venue capacity of 20 patrons and hope to re open very soon once the capacity numbers increase. Those of you that have bookings in the new restaurant will be contacted on Monday morning to re confirm your booking. Some bookings may need to be altered to accommodate the restrictions in place. 20 people max per area and table maximum of 6 people. Bookings are essential. 05.01.2022 Dear members and guests, It is with great sadness that due to the re inforcement of a stage 3 restrictions announced this afternoon for a period of 6 weeks we have had to once again close the RSL at close of business tomorrow night. This is an extremely sad situation as we have loved seeing you all back in the club enjoying the new facilities. We would like to thank you all for your support over the last few weeks and will need to call upon your support more than ever when ...we can re open. So tomorrow morning from 5.50am, RSL Victoria will be streaming a special edition of the 2020 ANZAC Day Dawn Service live from the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne. Although this year will only host a small number of invited guests at the Shrine, we call on our RSL Victoria community to #STANDTO for the ANZAC’s and commemorate the service live from your homes! 04.01.2022 We are reopening Monday 9th November... Inline with recent announcement from the Victorian Government that lifts some of current restrictions we will be reopening the RSL on Monday 9th November. We are delighted to be welcoming all our Members and guests back to the Club and all of the club facilities.... We will be required to operate under strict government guidelines restricting us to a total venue capacity of 40 patrons indoors, and a maximum of 10 people per indoor space. Dining Room: 10 people max Function Room: 10 people max Sports Bar: 10 people max Gaming Lounge: 10 people max Unfortunately the Promenade Café will be closed until the venue patron capacity number is increased around the mid to late November, pending further government announcements. Bistro opening hours will be within set booking times. Lunch 11:30am 2:30pm Dinner 5.30pm 7.15pm & 7.30pm 9.00pm Max table booking is 10 people and table service will be provided for all drink and beverage orders no standing. You must remain seated at your table throughout your stay. Due to Government restrictions, it is expected that you must have a reservation to dine at the club.
