19.01.2022 How much exercise do you actually need each day? Generally the average adult should be doing at least 60 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise each day. This includes brisk walking, cycling at a moderate speed, swimming or social tennis etc. ... Around 3 of those days a week the exercise should be at a vigorous intensity including aerobic activity, muscle strengthening active and also bone-strengthening activity. This includes jogging, resistance training, fast cycling, competitive sport, Pilates or weightlifting etc. Keeping up with your daily exercise needs will keep you in shape and your body nice and healthy!

18.01.2022 What are you doing in between your gym sessions to stay healthy? Exercising outdoors such as going for a structured walk can increase your activity levels and help you meet the Australian Physical Activity Guidelines of 150-300mins of moderate intensity aerobic exercise per week.
