18.01.2022 How about some ‘toga?’ That is, toe yoga!! In our ‘you are what you do daily’ challenge, I have chosen to spikey ball roll under my left foot, when I am getting ready in the morning. AWARENESS IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS CHANGE!!! ... Suddenly my foot health is in my mind and I am thinking about what else I can do to move better from the ground up. Hence the ‘toga!’ Small changes make a HUGE difference in the long term. Keep the ideas coming in! Next week we are talking about posture. 17.01.2022 THREE UNBELIEVABLE ACHIEVEMENTS!!! Bernadette Delaney has completed 1400 sessions!!! Bean Bell (Gerry) has completed 700 sessions!!!... Briar Reid has completed 400 sessions!!! Seriously, pick me up from the floor! Take a moment to think about the long term commitment and dedication it takes to sweat it out in that many sessions with us. Three incredible ladies that we salute in recognition of the top work that you always do. Thank you for always being so positive and enthusiastic and for all of your support this year. It wasn’t always easy, but give yourselves a ‘pat in the back’ for a champion effort. These ladies are looking fantastic in our ‘you are what you do daily’ challenge as every single week they are contributing towards their healthy futures and feeling great! We take our hat off to all of you!

There was plenty of 3D movement that was also fun and ‘fed’ our bodies the movement it needs to move really well. When worn it has magnetic powers that propel members to the park for their session without even thinking about it!
