10.01.2022 Veg frittata Red onion sliced Zucchini sliced Pumpkin sliced 4 eggs... Oil Heat olive oil in large frying pan and sauté onions and vegetables. Beat eggs and add to pan. Stir gently to incorporate into the whole mixture. Allow to set over medium heat. Slide pan into hot oven to set top of frittata.
