Each siren sounding will represent and honour the brave members of Victoria Police who lost their lives in the line of duty in Kew at 5:40 pm Wednesday 22nd April 2020. If you can hear our siren at 5:40pm tomorrow, there is no reason to be alarmed. ... We encourage community members to utilise this time to take a moment to reflect and remember the sacrifice made by Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Josh Prestney and Constable Glen Humphris.
