19.01.2022 Hi everyone, it’s finally time to announce our return to classes. This year has not been easy at all and I would like to say a massive thank you to our dedicated instructors and students who have managed to train the whole time between online classes, home training and our group outdoor training over the last few weeks. There will be a few changes we will need to make for the rest of the year for us to ensure that we can open, this will get easier as time goes on and before w...e know it, it will be business as usual. On Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Longwarry Dojo, we ask that everyone enters from the side of the lawn bowls club and exits the side of the school. Students will need to bring a drink to class as we are not going to have the use of the kitchen(maybe bringing 2 or a bigger bottle will be a good idea). We ask that everyone comes in Gi so we are not using change room facilities. We will be setting up a booking system for classes so stay tuned, we will let you know when it’s up and running. All students must come to class in runners as we will be doing a significant amount of training outside. Due to us not being able to use the hall on Thursday nights we have been lucky enough to move our training sessions(just Thursdays) to the Dojo Factory in Drouin. When entering the dojo please use the Red door that can be seen from Main South Rd. There will be other martial arts classes going on as you get there so please be respectful and move through the main dojo as quick as possible to the side dojo. It’s important that we keep spectators to an absolute minimum as they will count for our venue capacity. We ask that unless the student is new to our club that they are dropped off and picked up after class. Our new timetable Starting Tuesday 24th of November(THIS WEEK!!!) Tuesday (Longwarry dojo) 6:00 -6:45 kids class 7:00-8:30 Advanced junior/Senior class Thursday(Dojo Factory) 45 Main South Rd Drouin 6:00 -6:45 kids class 7:00-8:30 Advanced junior/Senior class Saturday(Longwarry Dojo) These classes will be geared towards beginners but anyone welcome 9:00-9:45 baby pandas(3-5years) and kids class 10:00-11:45 Advanced junior/Senior class To avoid a build up of people at the door, we ask that fees are payed in an envelope with the correct change for the remaining 4 weeks of training, if you need help calculating fee’s give me a call and I will figure it out for you. Our final Date of training for the year will be Saturday the 19th of December and our first class back will be Tuesday the 5th of January 2021. 07.01.2022 Hello Longwarry Dojo! In regards to the Covid-19 situation Longwarry will be continuing classes until further notice. The safety of our students and families are paramount! ... To ensure we are keeping up with the health standards we are implementing procedures to reduce the risk of Covid-19 in our dojos, by providing hand sanitisers within the dojo for student and families use, wiping all equipment down regularly, as well as the mats being washed after each session. Kancho has also guided us to adopt different teachings to avoid close contact between students. If anyone has any questions in regards to this situation, please don’t hesitate to message this page or see Sensei Jack and Dai Sempai Emma in class. Osu

Which has now impacted Longwarry dojo to close all classes until further notice. However, Sensei Jack and Dai Sempai Emma want to ensure all technique is up to scratch and want to make the most out of the situation.
