11.01.2022 I have really enjoyed being able to practice yoga again at my local yoga studio, The Yoga Garage ("studio") as the restrictions around COVID-19 have been eased in WA. Class sizes are restricted as the studio has been diligently following the COVID-19 guidelines. The studio like a lot of small businesses was impacted by COVID-19. They are a very important part of our local community and were missed when they were unable to operate. The studio quickly made changes to pro...viding online yoga practice and now are gradually transitioning back to full operations. The studio provides valuable community service and is much more than a yoga studio. The instructors are all very passionate like Noelle about what they do and the studio is very welcoming. I have been practicing yoga for several years and some of the other reasons I enjoy yoga are: Energy - I have more after a class rather than less Sleep - I sleep much better after practicing Flexibility - It is hard when you are as flexible as a wooden plank, however I do notice a difference if I stop going Wisdom - the instructors have an amazing ability to say the right words for the moment and whilst practicing I can hear the words I like to find different ways of staying physically healthy as I get older for both physical and mental health. Yoga is one of these activities for me. What physical activities do you enjoy, have you tried hot ? #perthfinancialplanning #perthlife #perthwa #fiftyplus #finance #financialfreedom #life #longwavewealth #money #motivation #retire #retirement #retirementgoals #retirementisgood #retirementislookinggood #RetirementPlan #retirementplanning #retirementplans #financialwellbeing #wealth #virtualfinancialadviser #inscarborough #scarboroughbeach #hotyoga @ The Yoga Garage Perth See more
