You may have seen him in the Paper, on the News or even on Tik Tok, he’s not afraid to get in front of a camera I can promise you that! Dan is a very busy man when he’s not working behind the bar serving customers you’ll find him out fighting fires and when he’s not doing that you’ll most likely find him in his fre...e time working on the next big Tik Tok trend at home making sure he perfects every move before coming into work the next day to show everyone how it’s done! Dan’s taste in music is almost as bad as his dance moves. Actually, that’s a lie they are very Ummm yeah let’s leave it at thatMaybe someone could give him some lessons? 04.01.2022 Meet the brothers n sisters of the Longyard - For many of you this may be a familiar face but for those that don’t know this is Ian Dundon AKA Dundo! Dundo is our hotel manager & licensee. I guess you could say his been here from the beginning... well almost Here’s a little bit about Ian. He’s had the pleasure of working at the Longyard for over 12 years. Over the years Dundo’s worked behind the bar, cleared thousands of plates and glasses, become manager of the hotel addi...ng some of his own touches to our history. Which brings us back to today, in recents years Dundo has returned to the Longyard as our Hotel Manager & Licensee and it’s good to see him back doing what he loves! (TBH we always knew he would come back one day!) Some would say he looks like a tough guy but all honesty... his actually a big softy especially when it comes to his dogs. Dundo isn’t afraid of a good chat so make sure to say hello next time you see him!

01.01.2022 Meet another member of The Longyard family - this is Logan or as we like to call him Logie Bear Logan joined our team back in 2019 after applying for a job with us to fill his gap year before heading off to uni. As his older brother already had a job with us it would’ve been hard to say no... so we welcomed Logan to our team (trust me it was a hard decision to make! ) Logan often finds himself challenging Heath to an eating contest! As you can see in the picture below he... has yet again fallen for one of Heath’s classic tricks! And guess what... Logan lost yet another bet to Heath (Don’t worry, you’ll get a win one day mate!)
