05.01.2022 Straight up I need to share that these contain dairy (butter, milk), eggs and corn so off the menu for me and many of you here. However, perfect for my recently gluten-free daughter who decided to make scones. They turned out great and got the thumbs up. Today making scones that were only gluten-free was easy relative to the past 20+ years of replacing multiple ingredients in one recipe. With so many more intolerances to cater for than just gluten, it took quite a lot of ...trial and error. I eventually perfected recipes and self-published my first (of 5) cookbooks in 2014 to help everyone out there trying to cook easy, great-tasting recipes free from multiple allergens/intolerance causing ingredients. Today’s cooking made me think, what specific ingredient or combination of ingredients do you find the hardest to perfect recipes for? Loni x
