21.01.2022 With the addition of more trucks Lontrans now requires additional drivers. We are seeking Road Train Drivers for carting livestock Queensland wide, occasionally interstate. Based in CHARTERS TOWERS, North Qld. We do require our drivers to accommodate within or close to the region as possible. ... Current MC license is A MUST. Applicants MUST be honest, reliable and have a good work ethic. We are an easy going and flexible company that requires drivers who will be dedicated. Must also be in a physically fit condition to take on these positions, and be able to pass drug and alcohol tests. (ZERO drug tolerance!) All our equipment is very well maintained. 19.01.2022 The Ocean Drover - a mighty vessel that visits Townsville regularly. She is as magnificent from afar as she is up close, and up close is what two ex Melburnian’...s received. This lovely couple made the move from Melbourne to Townsville a couple of years ago and haven’t looked back. They have family that work in the cattle industry and had seen most of the Australian supply chain, but never seen a Live Export vessel. 01.01.2022 Yesterday (14.11.20) the Gelbray Express was loaded in Townsville with QLD cattle for Vietnam. It is an agreement between our countries that all means of transp...ortation are to be cleaned prior to export of cattle headed to Vietnam. Trucks are washed the day before loading and the ship is thoroughly cleaned on the journey to the next port. #animalwelfare #cleantrucks #showtherealstory See more
