25.01.2022 When I set out to find my "happiest and healthiest self", I had to start making different choices in my life. Choices that I had been making unconsciously, choices I felt that defined me - had to go. And the new choice has now become the one I default to, because I can see the new destiny I am creating.

But I also know that your mojo is fading, your energy is waning and you have started to question yourself.... because that’s what was happening to me last year in my online busienss... I thought it was me. I really really had no idea what to do differently. No one around me was achieving and making the success I wanted... Many people from years ago had been successful, when the company was in momentum.... but no one recently... I love being inspired by others success. I feed off that and love following in their tracks. That’s why we do network marketing. It is less risk and more systems. It’s the fastest way to a leveraged, residual income that I know with very little financial risk.... But it just wasn’t working... talk about #frustratedmumma A curious and open mind led me to a top leader who had surprisingly left my last company. What was he up to.... I respected his business experience, so I took a look. Fast forward four months and I am sooooo incredibly excited ... I really cannot sleep. I forget to eat. This is what flow feels like. There are still obstacles or hurdles, but it is a joy to jump and go around them... with the support of my mentors who are only a couple of months ahead of me over the obstacles. Leveraging this compensation plan is so much easier. Helping others be successful is so much easier. It is just easier. The way traditional Nwm was meant to be... but wasn’t. This totally disruptive business model of social retail is the way of the future for the direct sales industry. 19.01.2022 We are not conscious of many of our choices. They have become habitual which literally means it happens by default. No brain engaged. When you can become aware of these unconscious choices, you can start to choose differently if you want to. Awareness is key. Choices around what you eat and who you hang out with, for example - are these choices serving you? Check in with the outcomes you are getting right now - are you happy with your life? If not, it may be time to check out some new choices!

16.01.2022 Taking responsibility for the outcomes of your life right now is the first step in making change happen. If you don't have the relationship you want, the body you want, the bank account balance you want, or the career you want, what does it take to shift those outcomes? Accepting responsibility that you can influence these outcomes is the start and then, bit by bit, making better choices and decisions to move towards your dreams.

15.01.2022 This applies to everything, but especially our nutrition and exercise habits. There is no quick fix to a healthy, strong body. It is a combination of daily habits (that first have to start as conscious choices) that will build lifelong health & wellness. Luckily when you get started on your journey back to health, we are there to help you make the right choices, and build those habits. :-)

10.01.2022 Habits..... we all create them soooo easily. The human body functions because of habit - our brains would explode if we had to consciously choose everything we do each day. Habits can be changed. There just has to be a good enough reason. And we have to find the endorphin rush from the new habit so we can become addicted to that!... It takes mental toughness to make it happen - but it can be so rewarding. 05.01.2022 Sometimes when you’ve failed in the past to make change happen .... lose weight, start an exercise program .... failed to follow through on your commitments... You don’t want to do it again... I know. Because that was me too.... Weight watchers, Jenny Craig (life member - wtf?), keto, paleo, exercise junkie... But I know you can do it, for the very reason that I did it. Trust me. Come with me. If you are not a million percent happy, you get your money back. Nothing else offered that.

03.01.2022 For me - what I had to embrace was that my alcohol consumption was not serving me. It was really hard as I love my wine of an evening, and I guess I had come to define myself by it - you know all the Mum memes on facebook re wine and getting through the day. It took me 3 years to embrace it which is hard to admit. I am so so so happy that I now DO NOT NEED wine or a gin of an evening to love my children! #funnynotfunny But I still love a glass or two one night a week with my husband or girlfriends. I am not giving up but rather I have built new habits.
