25.01.2022 A very happy crowd at Ingrid and Amir's wedding yesterday. Some snaps coming soon.

25.01.2022 All set for our final wedding for 2018. And what perfect weather.

24.01.2022 SEA SNAIL ENCRUSTED OLD TIMBERS FROM OUTER HARBOUR: We found these wonderfully weathered hardwood planks to build the backdrop of a seating platform with views out to the ocean. It will be down to the wire but we hope this creative work will be finished for our Open Garden weekend 3 and 4 September. Another prefect photo setting so gather family and friends and spend a while chatting in this latest spot sharing a bottle of bubbles!

24.01.2022 Privileged to have our local member David Speirs MP to officially open the garden today, thanks David!

24.01.2022 Hello Mark Wilkinson fans. Just letting you know that the concert is sold out and we are now in full swing preparing the garden to look and feel sensational for the evening. The weather forecast is looking good if perhaps a little warm but we will have lots of cold beer, water and soft drinks as well as chilled bubbles and wines at the ready. There will be serves of chicken, rice and slaw for sale and yummy home cooked Hungarian Vanilla slices. For the GF lovers (and others...!!) there will be house-made ice creams. We will have every available cushion, chair, and rug out and scores of mossie coils and citronella candles everywhere but some additional personal repellent will not go astray. We have letter-boxed the surrounding streets which is no mean feat as you will see. Please park safely and respectfully. You might like to drop your passengers at the gate and then proceed to find a park. Cant wait to see the garden filled with you all and Mark's music. See more

24.01.2022 Tanya and Nick's wedding day may have been warm and breezy but the bride and groom were super cool. A great celebration enjoyed with their family and friends.

24.01.2022 Stunning sunshine for a spring wedding

23.01.2022 Bright sunny afternoon, sunflowers, sand ceremony, binding of ties and dog Wal as ring bearer... lovely wedding ceremony for Skye and Jordan and a few firsts for the Looking Glass Garden.

23.01.2022 Tanya and Nick had an early guest visit for their wedding rehearsal yesterday although he was a tad less excited and active than the rest of the party!! We all hope he makes a return visit for their big day next weekend.

22.01.2022 Garden officially opened by local MP David Speirs MP

22.01.2022 What a stunning two days at the Looking Glass Garden. 580 people delighted in soaking up the sunshine, spring perfumes, jazz and relaxed vibe as they meandered along the paths with wine and cheese in hand or climbed to the pond room for a naughty cake and tea or coffee. Thanks for all the support from family, friends and most importantly the students and parents of Willunga High School whose World Challenge Project coffers are now overflowing.

20.01.2022 Gorgeous day for a beautiful family wedding last Saturday. Congratulations Tracy and Jason and special participation by Corey.

19.01.2022 He's back and quite a rowdy bloke, competing with the frogs.

18.01.2022 Thanks to Hallett Cove Small Business Association for a great inaugural awards event and to Patritti Wines for our door prize, can't wait to open them.

18.01.2022 Just one month to go before the Mark Wilkinson concert... only a very few tickets left. Lots of yumminess being baked so we don't have a hungry audience.

18.01.2022 Naomi's beautiful high tea bridal shower: Saturday 19 September It was a perfect spring day in a perfect setting for 30 ladies to laugh and sip away a couple of hours around beautiful plates of creative goodies prepared by Shanelle and Shaw Family Vintners' bubbles of course.

18.01.2022 Congratulations Sarah and Simon.

17.01.2022 The Looking Glass Garden is open with a stunning new deck for all of our 2016 functions. Here's a sneak look at it while under construction. Watch this space for more photos as Paul, our creative and brilliant tradie puts the last few boards on and screws in.

17.01.2022 The Looking Glass Garden is closed now until late January 2016. A new deck is under construction which will give even more space to the pond room and add vantage points over the tree tops and through to the ocean ready for an exciting series of events in 2016. Watch this space! Merry Christmas to all.

16.01.2022 The new 20 jet mister attached to the tree branches over the pepper tree deck made setting up for tonight's party a cool experience even in today's 41 degree heat.

15.01.2022 We were very upset yesterday morning to stroll to the bottom of the garden with the usual bucket of goodies for les girls to find five lifeless bodies scattered around their yard. We had both been out the night before at late meetings and dinners and on this one occasion their coop door was not tightly locked.

15.01.2022 The first wedding for guests and bride and groom on our new pepper tree deck. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Swift. Thank you for choosing the Looking Glass Garden. Safe travelling back to the UK.

14.01.2022 Hoping that this rusty version encourages the real lotus to flower this year.

13.01.2022 Mark Wilkinson Concert - 27 September 2017 - Limited Tickets Available. (Book Now)

12.01.2022 Hi all garden lovers. The Looking Glass Garden has secured the opening spot again this year for Open Gardens SA on the weekend of the 3 and 4 September. If you have visited before you will know that it is a great space to bring friends and grab a glass of wine, cheese platter and chat for an hour or two while you are entertained with live jazz on the grand piano. New this year is the massive multi-layered pepper tree deck resting quietly alongside the waterfall and of course ...we can never stop planting and re-imagining various sections. Our record of 580+ people last year was sensational. We caught up with friends and acquaintances we hadn't seen for decades. We would love to see you all this year and extend the invitation to all who love growing things, music, artworks, sea views, wine, cheese, cakes, ice cream and chatting under towering gums. See more

11.01.2022 The Looking Glass Garden congratulates Brighton Pianos on their small business award. A great local, state and interstate business delivering pianos to families, events and international stars all with the same care, passion and attention. Well done Vic and Andrew

10.01.2022 The pepper tree deck was a great addition for the Emily and Dan Australian wedding celebration.

09.01.2022 Ingrid & Amir's Wedding.

08.01.2022 Our first full year and the Looking Glass Garden has seen many happy times as families celebrate engagements, weddings, birthdays and Valentines Day. Companies have enjoyed the views and house made specialties as they got into some serious planning finishing off at the end of the day with relaxing drinks on the deck. We were thrilled to be one of two gardens to kick off the inaugural program of Open Gardens SA with nearly 600 people meeting up with friends, old and new in th...e garden as they listened to jazz on the grand piano, sipped wine and tasted cheeses. Thanks Brighton Pianos, Shaw Family Vintners, Seavewe Artisan Sheep Dairy and Alexandrina Cheese. We have two events to go for 2015: Marino neighbourhood drinks and the Churchill Fellows Association of South Australia's Christmas Party. The garden will then be closed until late January. We would like to wish all of our clients and friends a very happy and safe Christmas and we look forward to welcoming you, your colleagues and friends to the Looking Glass Garden in 2016. It looks to be a very exciting year ahead which will begin with the Looking Glass Garden as the chosen venue for an international wedding. Plans are underway too for Jeff's year (yes year!!) of turning 60 and then there's an Oz celebration of another English wedding. See more

05.01.2022 What sensational weather for a garden wedding it was on Saturday. We have never hosted a wedding where the guests were the music! Adelaide All Sorts just broke into wonderful harmonies throughout the evening.

03.01.2022 The rain has cleared, the sun is out, jazz piano, local artists, cheese platters and wine tasting awaits... come and join us at the Looking Glass Garden today, open til 5.30pm
