06.01.2022 At every delivery where the tailgate is being used, the Stopper on the tailgate must be used. No more than 2 dollies to be loaded on the tailgate at any given time. The Driver Must place himself between the tailgate and the Truck at all times (Not between the Tailgate and the loading dock) to avoid the dolly falling on the driver. All Incidents must be reported immediately. Including Near misses.
