Over the years I have competed in a lot of sports such as: Handball, Skiing, CrossFit and Sailing and currently training for a Triathlon. Having gone through 2 knee surgeries which involved ACL, MCL and Meniscus reconstructions, no one better understands how frustrating and discouraging the rehab process can be. Through a holistic approach, I utilise my hands-on techniques and expertise to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
