18.01.2022 The first photo here is one my mum posted of me (cause my mum always takes the best photos lol thanks mum) just before Christmas, before I started Thrive. The ...next 2 are photos I took Friday night. This isn't an after shot, This is a progress shot. I still have work to do! I look at the before photo and know I wasn't happy, I wasn't healthy and I definetly wasn't treating myself as a priority. I lived for coke, chasing the energy rush, I binged on chocolate and McDonald's (actually it was my whole diet). I was crashing and burning at 4pm, I was waking up with headaches till I pumped my body with sugar and caffeine. I was snappy, i felt sluggish and blah all the time. I haven't jumped on some fad diet, I haven't starved myself... I have made a lifestyle change so I know these new habits I am making I can stick to. I know I can maintain and continue to change the way I look and feel. I can see how much happier I am, I can feel that bounce back in my step and I am driven to keep going and maybe even join a gym I am drinking water and eating healthy (Who even am I these days!?!?!) and I can finally start to see the difference I have been feeling. People are noticing and commenting the difference. Investing in my health, is the best investment
