The label is a custom made edible image, the barrel is made from fondant and hand painted with fondant detail on the barrel and sugar ice cubes with two mini JDs. Paula chose for the sweet 6ea of caramel slice, mini baked cheesecake, caramel tart and mini cupcakes. If you really want to surprise him you need to do it when he is least expecting it. I got him to deliver his own cake to his surprise party. What a hoot and a great night. Thanks to everyone for keeping the secret and to the amazing @maryholgate_ for her awesome assistance. The cake was a vanilla cake with raspberry jam centre and white chocolate ganache.
