09.01.2022 Lorne Sea View Terrace House is a unique experience not to be missed, entry to the house is via a treelined 25 meter elevated walkway to a large foyer. Open the door and get ready for a level of luxury that cant be missed. Situated in Hopetoun Terrace and less than 10 minutes walk to the Beach, shopping and restaurants this stunning luxury home comprises of 4 bedrooms inclusive of king master suite with ensuite, large king suite with spectacular views, children quarters with... double bunks and a king family suite. The large terrace has expansive views of the sea and the home is surrounded by a lush treed environment which adds to the privacy and serenity of the home. The large open plan kitchen has top of the line Miele appliances including oven, hotplates, dishwasher & coffee machine. The kitchen has stone bench tops and is equipped with a comprehensive suite of cooking implements. The dining and lounge is perfect for entertaining, bringing together family and friends. Large soundproof double sliding doors open up to a large terrace bringing the outside in and is the perfect space to dine and soak up the sunshine. In the main bathroom there is a large full bath, shower and WC, ensuite in the master suite and a powder room near the childrens room. Easy off street parking for 4 cars.
