22.01.2022 I had a sensacional experience yesterday while I was doing a super facial. As i believe in energy, I can even say, like the Incas, I love my God Sun and Reiki is way to allow our own current to flow. If we survive from a lightning struck, we will be healed from whatever illness we had had. So, Dianne was enjoying her facial, both in a trance of beauty, giving and receiving goodies, then I noticed her hands slowly turned up side. I felt content to know she was connected and imbuing it me to me, for me! I am so thankful to her. Renewed, recharged,rejuvenated ,I love Dianne.

21.01.2022 In my mind are thousands of thoughts. One of them is that I am moving and another is that I am willing to do facials 29,30,31 in the morning. After that and probably for several months I will be in a spiritual retreat.

21.01.2022 Yesterday night a really good looking young man visited me. Not so many men, unfortunately call me lately!!! So I was very pleased to give Luke a Deep Pore Cleansing, touching carefully his face, neck and shoulders, he did not want microdermabrasion and I understood because this procedure is not so comfortable, it’s like a cat’s rough tongue kissing your cheeks. Luke has an excellent skin, golden and plump, as I said after to him, he does not need me but he enjoyed the treatment and I was grateful for his visit. I am sure he will notice today when he wakes up this morning he is even handsomer than yesterday. I need to call him!

16.01.2022 Brittany is a beautiful young lady, she is the one that surprised me with those thick and black eyelashes the first time she visited me. I told her I would take care of them thinking they were faux extensions! She is tall, slim, kind she shares her good energy with me and loves her facials. Always I ask the girls if they have clean hair or not, so I will not mess with it, but she quick answer me:do whatever you want with it! It’s the best part! She is a sunshine! She referred to the Indian Head Massage that I included within the facial, shoulders, neck, my hands go up the nape, around the head with soft and nice strokes. At the end I hold a bunch of hair and I pull a little bit. I enjoy doing it too!

16.01.2022 If we want to have a healthy skin we have to work on it. Healthy skin is synonymous of beauty, first of all a clean skin, removing twice a day if it is possible with whatever cleanser cream all what had sat on your pores during the day. Scrubbing away oil, dirt, tiny molecules like mini barnacles, we don’t see them but they are. Lots of water intake and also a good and simple recipe is an splash every now and then leaving the water be absorbed by your skin. If I have a papaya I would rub my face with it. If I have sábila un my garden I will rub it’s cristal as a mask. If I have a serum will be great. But the most important to have a daily routine, it’s a serious matter to have a nice clean skin. And of course Tanaka massage, Google it, learn it, practice it and see results, if not come to see me!

15.01.2022 I have to tell that I am very pleased with the treatment I did this morning to my lovely neighbour. She is tall, she is handsome, famous and a nice handylady. She can lay bricks, pavers, built a table from the scratch, run after a ball and kick it hard, but she hardly never took care of her skin.This is a challenge that I love, getting her skin smooth without millia, lines erased for good, and making her skin glow is just a matter of time, I know it!

14.01.2022 When I finished my skin studied in Atlanta many years ago, the Institute of Skin and Nail care offered me a job in a cruise. It sounded so attractive, room, free time and food inclusive, probably lots of work and good wages at the end of the trip but I did not dare to do it. Twenty years later I am in a cruise, the first of my life. I had a facial with a gorgeous lady from Mauritius island, nice touch, warms hands, a basic facial that cost $150.

12.01.2022 I just saw a recipe made with cooked rice and flax seed. I am really impressed to see the amount of gel that can produce only 3 tablespoons. I will try it on me, I think it will be like a good electricity conductor when applying microcurrent. Last week I tried to shrink just one centimetre of my skin, under my left eye. I did first microdermabrasion and then a strong peel. Lots of water and then I applied diaper rash Desitin. I became red and later appeared a crust which I keep it covered with concealer for five days until it drooped. Yes, the centimetre of skin where I burnt, shrank. Of course I am talking of tiny millimetres, but clean and soft.

(it is not a man) All the time I recommend it to my lovely clients, you have to Google it, they teach you how to do a facial massage to yourself. When I perform an anti-aging facial, usually under the steamer the massage works fantastic as muscles get relaxed nicely warm easy getting rid of toxins. Afterwards you can notice your face muscles are toned, much defined. Tanaka plus Microcurrent is everlasting youth, I can prove it!

In my Studio everything was ready, the ethereal diffuser steaming lavender, the hot towes in the cabinet, clean sheets and room light and fresh. The tips of my finges sharp and ready to touch , press, detect, erase so I called my friend Helene and invite her to come over, it is relaxing my dear, it is also detoxification, I insisted, also the neck massage is good, she is an artist, maybe she is or she is not in the mood, I gave her 5 minutes to think about it.

02.01.2022 Today i feel recovered, I sleep three nights in a row eight hours. I was in a cruise.I decided that I am not a cruise lady. Forteen days in such a big boat!, tall with 18 levels, teather, sweeming pools, bars, movies, everything your heart would want.There is Zumba, Taichi, Gym. Dance, Comedien.. And the sea, deep, dark blue sorronding me, what an emotion been inmerse in ocean. But I kept thinking about the waste, all these ships have their reciclage floor. OMG! What a luxur...y, the pillows are made from heaven. Everything clean, you wash your hands one thousand times. Wonderful food, whatever you can eat. Very important to choose your roommate. Very important! I am rested and happy to be back to my routine, to my children, to be full time grandmother.
