17.01.2022 MISSING - Narre Warren near Eaton place since Sunday the 26th at 6pm. Please help find Peanut (Weenie). She escaped from her brand new home and does not know t...he area. She will be very frightened and probably won't be easy to catch. We have been searching for her in the streets, calling the vets and pounds and been to do visual checks. 13.01.2022 FOUND! Missing cat Went missing in Dandenong on 4/7/16. His name is TJ... He's 11. He's desexed but not microchipped and doesn't have a collar. We only just moved to dandy so he hadn't been outside before he got out. We used to live in mt Waverley, not sure if he would attempt to go back there. It's pretty optimistic though. He's a good boy. 11.01.2022 Please be a responsible pet owner and desex, microchip and register your pets. Pages and groups like this are run by volunteers, because we love animals, and wa...nt to see them all get back home. The chances of getting your pet back if chipped increases by about 90%. The chances of shelters NOT being completely inundated with unwanted kittens will also be greatly increased if you desex your cat. If you can't afford this basic vet care then PLEASE don't get a pet. 08.01.2022 Microchips are only as good as the information on them. It surprises us how many animals come to us with outdated microchip information. It makes it very diffic...ult, and sometimes impossible to reunite lost pets with their owners. The best possible way, to make sure your pet finds their way back to you, if they go missing is to: -Keep microchip details up to date -Ask your vet to scan the microchip and make sure its working -Always have a collar and tag on them with your contact details Find out how to update your details http://saveadog.org.au/20//keep-your-microchip-up-to-date/
