In these uncertain times, we would like to remind our customers that we are continuing to be open for trade as usual. However, the health and well being of our staff and our customers is our priority. With the current advice from Queensland Health, the following has been implemented on top of our already high hygiene standards to ensure our restaurant is committed to your safety. ... Our kitchen, front of house, bathroom and all surfaces are frequently sanitised All cutlery and condiments are removed from our dine in tables. Our cutlery, crockery and glassware are all washed and steamed at high temperatures in our commercial dishwasher Hand wash is readily available in our bathroom and we encourage our customers to use accordingly. We also have hand sanitiser available for your use at our cash register All of our staff are focused in maintaining our strict food handling and hygiene procedures We have spaced out our tables to meet the social distancing of 1.5m recommendation. 07.01.2022 Finally got a chance to write a little appreciation post for Mama Bui! My mother used to tell me Id never truly understand life until I became a mother myself. Being a proud Australian-Vietnamese and like many first generation Asian-Australians, Im more aware of how comfortable my teenage and early adult years were due to my mothers sacrifice. Being able to live at home while I went to school, University - was a stark contrast to her early adult years - escaping to an unkno...wn country all in the hopes of having a better life. Having me when she was 19 years old and having to work instead of watching me grow up. Mama Bui still hasnt stopped and is working harder than ever at our restaurant, every single spring roll, wonton, Banh Xeo and countless other dishes are hand made by her. And still she finds the time to be the best grandma to our baby boy and the kids. So mum, we love you and appreciate everything you continue to do for us!
