25.01.2022 Great yoga lesson yesterday, we were working with breathing cycles in very deep level and try to understand the mechanism and the benefits for physical and mental health. With yoga is a never ending learning curve. My research is orientated toward the classic yoga, which is the authentic yoga, based on detoxifying the body, the mind, the heart and make connection with our trinity. Previous Tuesday was great as well, the familiar poses are embraced comfortably even if challenges are always present. No lesson next Tuesday as is Easter holiday. Have a gret break yogis.

16.01.2022 Hello yogis another great lesson today with Nadja and her 5 months old daughter Iddun. It was great.... I have been bitten by a bumble bee while doing the meditation and she gave me a message "Now you have our DNA in you". Finished the communication the pain disappeared in one second. Fantastic experience, it was connection with the animal realm. Have a great week yogis. Namaste

07.01.2022 Hello everyone, I know I have been silent for a while, many things happened in my life. I would like to notify that Yoga lessons will resume the first Tuesday of April, which is the second, in a new location in town, evening classes are available if there is a demand. 03.01.2022 What a beautiful class we had this morning, we explored deeply various asanas and in particularly the alignment of spine and neck. The poses were meticulous inspected step by step and we understood how is important to have a proper alignment and a great posture. Great yogis well done. See you next time.

03.01.2022 Good morning, Yoga in the bush at Myrtle Park was a great success, we were only 4 adults and three teenagers (two friend oh my daughter and her of course), but it was fantastic. It was the perfect weather and perfect spot. We learnt things from each other and I learnt from nature. I was a bit nervous at the start as is my first yoga worshop but then I feel more and more relaxed. I will doing another one by the end of the year (free under 18). Another workshop that I would like to offer is Yoga and food. I will let you know when and where in few weeks time. Regarding Yoga classes, I started last Tuesday, and so every Tuesday from 10-11:30am. Have a great week yogis. Namaste

02.01.2022 This morning was a special yoga practice. We were able to experience the joy of breathing, we cleaned the toxins of the body and mind with the help of oxygen.We focused on the mountain pose, sitting and standing, we were connected to the chair (the heart), the CEO (the mind) and the worker (the body).The heart (chair) is the creator of the circumstances, the mind (CEO) is the manager and the instructor for the work to be done, and finally the body performs the work.These thre...e special connections, heart, mind and body build the bridge that connects us to our soul spirit or light body. It is nice to practice yoga alone, in your special comfortable room, it helps to deepen awareness of postures, increases strength and determination, intensify consciousness and imprints in the memory the good habits of a beneficial practice. Above all, it is the dive in the vast ocean of silence. However, the advantage to practice with a group is exceptional because the power increases in proportion of the number of people. We become a close group, the connection of our inner self and the group has progressed rapidly, and we have felt a strong fluid current of life force. I recommend to create the opportunity to practice with some friends or with your children, your partner, with your dog, even only once a month. The well-being and relaxation, the power to heal, physically, mentally and emotionally, the increase of energy, will double with the power of the group. Challenge yourself with one pose only this week, the mountain pose. Have a great wek yogis. Asanas Standing Poses Tadaasana The Mountain Pose Difficulty: (1) Instructions: 1. Stand with both feet touching from the heel to the big toe, keeping the back straight and the arms pressed slightly against the sides with palms facing inward. 2. Slightly tighten or flex the muscles in the knees, thighs, stomach and buttocks maintaining a firm posture. Balance your weight evenly on both feet. 3. Inhale through the nostrils and lift the buttocks off the legs arching the back and thrusting the abdomen forward. Duration/Repetitions: One repetition for several minutes is advisable. The tada-asana is also recommended prior to and following any other standing posture. Benefits of Mountain Pose: Improves posture. Strengthens thighs, knees, and ankles. Increases awareness. Steadies breathing. Increases strength, power, and mobility in the feet, legs, and hips. Firms abdomen and buttocks. Relieves sciatica. Reduces flat feet.
