23.01.2022 Check out this Tasty Cashew Parmesan recipe by @delightfulvegans. Only 6 ingredients and about a minute to make.. Ingredients 1/2 cup Cashews 1/4 cup Lotus Savoury Yeast... 1/2 tsp Black salt Sprinkle of Black pepper 1 tsp Vegan chicken stock powder 1/2 tsp English mustard Instructions Blend the cashews in a food processor until fine, add the remaining ingredients and blend until incorporated. Keep in the fridge until you want to use. Great on pasta, salads and toast!

23.01.2022 Just because the holiday season is drawing to a close doesn't mean we can't celebrate with sweets! Try out this delicious Lotus Chocolate Crackle recipe. Ingredients: 1/2 cup Lotus brown rice syrup 1/2 cup almond butter... 50g of Lotus chocolate chunks 40g Lotus cacao powder 3.5 Lotus cups brown rice puffs 1 tsp of vanilla essence Topping: 100g Lotus choc bits 1 tbsp coconut oil Method: 1. In a large glass mixing bowl add brown rice syrup, almond butter & chocolate, heat for 30 seconds, then mix with a spatula to combine 2. Add vanilla essence. 3. In another bowl mix cacao with rice puffs, then pour bubbles into the syrup mix and fold through with a spatula. 4. Once all is combined and sticky, line a brownie tin and press the crackle in, flattening the surface. Refrigerate. 5. Melt chocolate with a little coconut oil and poor over the crackle. 6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

19.01.2022 Happy Friday! Let's start the weekend off right with some delicious Lotus Matcha Bliss Balls! Ingredients: 2 tbsp Lotus Organic Fine Coconut 1/2 cup Lotus Organic Raw Almonds... 1/2 cup walnuts 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 12 Medjool dates, pitted 2 tbsp Lotus Organic Matcha Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Essence Method: In a food processor, process the nuts until they are large crumbly pieces and pour into a bowl. Place the dates in the food processor and process until they are sliced into small pieces with a sticky consistency. Add the nuts back in with the dates with the matcha powder, coconut oil, shredded coconut and vanilla. Pulse until combined. Form the mixture into small bite sized balls and roll the balls with matcha powder so it sticks to the outside. Alternatively, they can be dipped in dark chocolate or rolled in more Lotus Organic Fine Coconut.

16.01.2022 Father's Day is coming up and we have the perfect recipe for breakfast - Oat & Berry Pancakes!! Serves 4, and takes under 20 mins to prepare! Ingredients: cup Lotus Oatmeal 1 cup milk of choice ... 1 cup Lotus Spelt or Plain Flour teaspoon Lotus Cinnamon 2 Tablespoons Lotus Raw Sugar 2 teaspoons Lotus Baking Powder cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 egg Butter or oil or coconut oil spray, to cook Maple Syrup, Greek or coconut yoghurt to serve Method: Mix the oatmeal with the milk and leave for a few minutes to soak. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Heat a large frying pan and grease or pray with cooking spray. Pour in large spoonful’s of batter and cook pancakes gently, flipping once bubbles appear on the surface. To serve stack pancakes on a plate and drizzle with Maple syrup, yoghurt and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

08.01.2022 Some delicious Pumpkin Coconut Bars made using our Coconut flour from @dairyandcream! Gluten-free, egg-free and best of all, only requires 5 ingredients and less than 30min. Recipe down below.. Ingredients A) For the base: @lotuspantry Coconut Flour 120g... Sugar 20g @lotuspantry Brown Rice Syrup 15g Butter 70g B) For the top: @lotuspantry Pumpkin Kernels 80g @lotuspantry Brown Rice Syrup 20g Sugar 60 Butter 30g Method: Blend base A ingredients in a food processor until sandy. Press them in a 20x20cm lined square mould. Bake for 10-13min at 170 degrees C. Place Set B ingredients in a pot and stir till sugar has melted. Pour the mixture on top of the base and bake for another 10min or till caramelised shiny.
