15.01.2022 MUSCLE MEMORY!! As a trainer I go on about this a fair bit, especially when someone is wanting to learn a new skill. SO what actually is it? Muscle Memory is the act of committing a specific motor task into memory through repetition. Things like the burgener warm up with the barbell, its boring, yes its repetitive! But when we do it over and over it triggers recognisable patterns in your brain in the area responsible for motor skills. So then when we pick up the barbell to ...do it again, that learned motion will require less brainpower in the future and will eventually become something we don't have to consciously think about anymore. The take away - deliberate practice, done repetitively, creates muscle memory!

People can learn many things from a dog's personality, demeanor, resiliency, behavior, and, most importantly, the willingness to provide unconditional love to all family members. Many scientific studies document the health benefits of living with a dog. Recent studies highlighted the following as important health benefits of living with a dog: . Longer lifespan... .
