25.01.2022 Who is joining me this Sunday to clean up our streets and beaches? https://www.facebook.com/events/340332093979246

23.01.2022 I think the world needs more kindness right now.

23.01.2022 We are lucky in Port Phillip, we are pretty greened thanks to the vision of previous councillors. It is essential though that we keep increasing our cover on public and private land. https://www.news.com.au///0825f8746b7e3e25be04e21140da4637

23.01.2022 Great to attend the Live Love Work Port Phillip IWD breakfast this morning. We heard from some fabulous local women and about some fabulous local women from history. Did you know that the Armstrong sisters won the competition to name "Vegemite">

22.01.2022 There have been so many advocates for investment in housing for many years. Port Phillip council has been one of them. This is a very exciting announcement by the state government. We look forward to working with them to create public and social housing in our local community.

21.01.2022 Just another weekend picking up litter. Can you help do your bit in our neighbourhood?

21.01.2022 Ballots are landing in mailboxes. If you want to ask any questions, reach out. At [email protected] or www.louisecrawford.com.au

20.01.2022 We won't sugarcoat it. The RatePayers of Port Phillip (RoPP) are using the cover of bins and rates to get their candidates elected in order to slash and burn Co...uncil action on climate and the environment. This is alarming. Instead of responding to our candidate questionnaire, RoPP sent us an email putting this in black and white. You can read it and our response at http://pecan.org.au/correspondence-with-ropp/ Tell your friends, family and neighbours: if RoPP candidates gain control of council it will be devastating for Council climate action in Port Phillip see which candidates we recommend at www.pecan.org.au/election/

18.01.2022 At #march4justice because this is important!

15.01.2022 Also have fun at the incredible Laneway Festival at Space2b

13.01.2022 I feel so darned grateful to be re-elected to the City of Port Phillip Council today especially for my local community who put their votes behind me. Thank you to everyone who helped me during the campaign. I look forward to working hard for the next four years for my community, learning more, listening more, and most importantly continuing to bring kindness to the experience. I am sad that Dick will not be continuing on this time and want to thank him for all the laughter and wise counsel. To Robbie, your time will come and to Peter, the council adventure awaits us.

12.01.2022 This image speaks so much to me. When Julia Gillard became PM of Australia, it opened my mind and heart. I had been contemplating politics for a few years. Her Prime Ministership helped me believe I could as a woman be in politics. It wasn't even a conscious shift in my mind at the time. But somehow politics suddenly seemed possible. You cannot be what you cannot see.

07.01.2022 So the election campaign is done and over the next two weeks, the votes will be counted. A huge thank you to all who contributed to my campaign in some way. I am always humbled by your generosity. And to all the residents of Canal Ward I got to speak to - thank you for the conversations and the insights. Louise

04.01.2022 Happy Halloween. Dressing up just cause.

02.01.2022 My favorite Spoonville yet

01.01.2022 On my walk today, I collected so much Rubbish near the Peanut farm. We can do better.
