Easy to make and store them in the fridge, these are a great little treat to have straight after the gym or an easy snack on the go. Ingredients:... 1 cup rolled oats 1 scoop Chocolate Mint Protein Powder 1 tbs dark cocoa powder 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup brown rice syrup 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips Mix oats, chocolate mint protein, and cocoa powder. Add peanut butter, brown rice syrup and peppermint extract. Fold in chocolate chips and roll into even balls. Store in the fridge. A quick easy treat! Tag someone you know who's a sweet tooth!
07.01.2022 RESETTING // the body is something I have been focusing on this week now I'm back home. Don't ask me why (and if you know I would love to know) but whenever I am away from home my inner health never seems to be settled. I totally get that holidays can be a 'let loose, care free' time but I actually think the sadness that this holiday break has had for me personally has probably had a big affect on my gut not working as well as it should.... I am so grateful for this lemon and ginger cleanse I have been enjoying the last few days, it's been just what I needed along with moving by body daily to get me back to feeling like my gut is my buddy again!
06.01.2022 CHOOK // lovers, owners I am calling on you all today! As I finalise some house plans I have been thinking over the break to consider having a cute little chook pen in the back of the garden. I don't know maybe it's the country girl in me or the fact our house goes through about three dozen eggs a week! We had them on the orchard as kids but all I really remember is collecting the eggs. So I need your advise!... Are chooks an easy addition to the home? Are they low maintenance? How many would I need to get to make it worthwhile? I can't wait to hear from all you owners out there xx
