To the one and only Damien Bredberg and Dion for just being your ridiculously talented yet so bloody nice selves. 05.01.2022 Gosh, what a week! Coming down off an incredibly successful 2019 Groundwater Country Music Festival. It was brilliant and I'm so lucky to work with such an inc...redible little team that makes this rock. For me personally, bringing on some amazing new national brands to the Groundwater family and hence experience what we are capable of here on the Gold Coast was wonderful as to was welcoming our new charity partners Drought Angels who raised nearly $6K from our wonderful community (with just four volunteers) which will go straight back to our Aussie Farmers. As for the music, well Mark Duckworth is a bloody genius. For a non-country music genre girl, fell in love with Tori Forsyth, had tears experiencing the stories and memories from John Shuman and Shane Howard ( previous Redgum), rocked the streets to Wolfbrothers and stayed out late with my die-hard country music loveiliesStacey Rawlings and Roslyn Stewart, felt like a teenager listening to @Texperkins and loved watching the crowd go off to our local boy Casey Barnes. Loved also showing my mum and dad and Morgs and Soph what keeps me busy. Amazing job my little pals at Broadbeach Gold Coast...love ya guts! Here are some highlights.
