16.01.2022 I know its only September, but for me this is the month when I make my Christmas Cakes I make them every year, not just for our family, but also as gifts, and personally I dont think you can go wrong making them early and feeding them regularly with liquor so you end up with a beautifully moist cake. I have limited capacity to make these cakes, so it will be first come first served. 02.01.2022 Well that's a wrap folks! The last orders left the kitchen this morning and I'm going to have some time off with my family over Christmas & New Year. I will be back in @lous_kitch_en on 4th January, ready to cook up a storm again. Thank you all SO much for supporting my little business as much as you have done this year. It all started when my husband lost his job due to Covid, and things have gone so well thanks to all the support from you lovely lot. From my family to yours, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and here's to a much better 2021.
